Kandinsky's Circles!

Kindergarten and Kandinsky!

Simple enough!  After introducing Kandinsky to students, we worked on painting a series of our own color circle experiments.  These were done in groups of three; however, I have also had kids do one big circle.  Carefully placed together, as a collaborative wall mural, they make a big impact in the hall.

  2. I just came across your blog on my search for Kandinsky Circles! We are doing this with !st graders for an auction project. Just getting ready to mix up the acrylics in some fun colors and prep the canvas.
